Service Request Completion Survey Feature

The service request completion survey feature allows Property Management Companies to gather input from service team members (aka Service Professionals) that are performing work in the field. Once the data is gathered, it can be reviewed immediately within the specific Service Request detail page, or analyzed across a collection of properties or the entire portfolio within Insights.


Some examples of where the Survey Feature can be utilized are:

  • Safety: Smoke/CO Detector Condition, Door Lock/Peephole, etc.
  • Condition: Water Intrusion/Suspect Growth, Damaged Surfaces, etc.
  • Resident: Charge-backs, Pet Audit, etc.
  • General: Inventory/Parts Used, Stock Needed, etc.

The survey feature framework allows various types of questions to be asked during the completion step, as shown below:

The Survey can be a mandatory part of the completion step, or it can be set as optional. Since not all types of Service Requests may warrant a Survey, making it mandatory may come with some drawbacks, depending on the nature of the Survey.


Survey Response Details

Once submitted by the Service Professional in the field, the response details will be visible on the Service Request Detail page within a dedicated widget, as shown here:
