What is Service Chat and how should I use it?

This communication and collaboration tool is found directly within each individual Service Request. (In-Business Context communications)

It can useful to:

  • Better illustrate existing issue with additional photos
  • Add written details of the existing issue
  • Suggest whether or not additional costs will be required
  • Document key discussion points
  • Show work-in-progress photos
  • Make course corrections in the request
  • Take photos of the completed work
  • Make lunch plans…
