Exporting the Resident Report for Opt-In

Use the article below to assist you in retrieving the Resident Report. Using this report you can see who has and who has not opted-in to receive text messages regrading maintenance in their apartment.

STEPS

1.       Navigate to the NetVendor Maintenance app https://app.servusconnect.com/app

2.       Click on the "Properties"link.

3.       Select the property you want for the Resident Report.

4.       Now select the "Residents" tab.

5.       Click "Export Resident Report"

6.       Once that is selected on the top right of your screen it will show that it was downloaded.

7.       Click on the download link to open the file.

8.       From here you can use the sheet to search for residents that have Opted In to SMS messaging using standard excel tools.
