Property Management Software Date Change Acknowledgement

For those operators using NetVendor Maintenance (NVM) with a Property Management Software (PMS) integration, the NVM Make-Ready solution now provides an interactive Date Change Acknowledgement alert notification and interface, as follows:

Alert Notifications

There are (2) levels of alert notifications:

• Event based notifications: Assignees and followers of the NVM Make-Ready solution will receive instant notifications when NVM detects that a key date has changed in the PMS. Key dates are defined as follows:
  • (Current Resident) Move-out date
  • Future Ready-Available “Target" date
  • (Future Resident) Move-In date

• Date Change Alert Banner: This is visible at the top of the NVM Make-Ready Whiteboard, as shown below. Once all active alerts have been acknowledged, the banner will be hidden until new date changes are detected.

Alert Interface

Clicking on “View Date Changes” in the Alert Banner provides additional details regarding each of the date changes that the NVM Make-Ready solution has captured, as shown below.

Additional Details:

• Only one user is required to Acknowledge for a given property, and other users' Alert Notifications Banner will be updated accordingly.
• Providing acknowledgement of each line item indicates to your team that Task Assignments, Task Schedules, and all property operations team stakeholders have been updated with the new dates. These updates must be performed manually by the property operations team.
• COMING SOON: Acknowledgements are stored within the Make-Ready Project Activities feed for future reference.
