Enhanced Property Manage Page
New Feature
We've introduced an enhanced Property Manage page, designed to serve as a centralized operational hub for property teams. The updated experience features a more modern and intuitive interface while expanding functionality across key tabs such as Users, Units, Residents, Maintenance Hours, Locations & Amenities, and Assignees & Followers. These improvements provide greater visibility into property details, simplify configuration of operating hours and property features, and improve management of users, assignments, and communications—helping teams manage property operations more efficiently.

More Flexible Make-Ready Target Date Calculations
Improvement
Make-ready target dates now support more dynamic calculations when using templates with defined timing offsets. Previously, target dates were based on a fixed default tied to the move-in date, which limited how schedules could be generated.
With this update, target dates can better align to how your team structures make-ready workflows. Users can still manually adjust target dates at any time.
What this means for you:
- More flexibility in how make-ready timelines are generated
- Better alignment between templates and real-world workflows
- Less reliance on fixed default scheduling

Performance Achievements (Beta)
New Feature
We’re excited to introduce Performance Achievements, currently in beta, designed to help recognize team accomplishments, encourage engagement, and bring greater visibility to operational performance across your organization.
Performance Achievements gives teams a new way to celebrate progress and highlight meaningful contributions within day-to-day maintenance operations. As part of this early rollout, select clients will have the opportunity to explore the feature and help shape future enhancements through feedback and real-world use.
Improved User Password & Account Management
Improvement
We’ve introduced several enhancements to help administrators more easily manage user access and account details for non-SSO users.
Admin Password Management for Non-SSO Users
Client administrators can now directly set passwords for select non-SSO users. This improvement is especially helpful for organizations that create users before they are fully configured within their SSO provider.
Password Reset via SMS
Non-SSO users can now reset their passwords using SMS verification, providing a faster and more convenient recovery experience.
Admin Email Address Updates
Administrators can now directly update email addresses for non-SSO users within the platform, making account management simpler and more efficient.
Inspection Report Photo Enhancements
Improvement
Inspection reports now include photo thumbnails added through Findings comments and follow-up updates. This enhancement improves visibility into completed work, helping teams better track resolution progress and supporting documentation tied to the original inspection.

Enhanced Resident Feedback Visibility on Service Requests
Improvement
Service Request workflows now include improved visibility into resident review scores and comments directly from the request detail experience.
This enhancement helps maintenance and operations teams more quickly review resident satisfaction feedback alongside completed work, creating better visibility into service quality and resident experience trends.
Resident Management Filtering
New Feature
We expanded filtering capabilities within the Resident management experience to support additional operational workflows and communication targeting.
New filtering options now include:
- Resident status
- Phone validity
- SMS opt-in status

These improvements help teams more efficiently manage communication readiness and resident outreach efforts.
Streamlined Service Request Search Experience
Improvement
Service Request search workflows have been improved for PMC users by making Unit the default search option. This update reduces the number of steps required to locate Service Requests and better aligns the search experience with common day-to-day property management workflows.
