Locations and Amenities
This article goes into detail about adding additional locations and amenities to your property. Adding locations and amenities for all the various places on the property assists in launching the correct number of inspections or service requests. Now if you have more that one grill, golf cart, or even building we can launch a separate inspection for each one.
1. Navigate to https://app.servusconnect.com/app
2. Select the "Properties" tab.
3. Select your property to open the property page.
4. From there you will select "Locations & Amenities".
You will notice you have 6 default locations:
· Offices
· Maintenance Shops
· Clubhouses
· Grounds
· Building Interior
· Building Exterior
Please keep in mind if a location/amenity does not apply to your property you can archive it by selecting the "x" button on the top right of the location/amenity circled in black.
You can also edit the name by selecting the pencil icon circled in blue. This will become more important when you have more than one of a specific location.
5. To add categories, select "Manage Categories".
6. In this tab you will see multiple locations and amenities that you can select based on what your property has. After selecting what your property has, select save in the bottom right corner.
7. You can also add additional locations/amenities to a category by selecting the plus sign in the main locations and amenities page.
For example say that you have more than one grill location, you can add additional grill locations to your property. Now when a grill inspection is launched one will launch for each grill location.
8. Simply fill out the nickname for the additional location/amenity and select save.
