Updating a password as a manager

If you are a Property Manager this article will show you how to quickly update a user password through the NetVendor property dashboard. This guide walks you through the steps to reset a password or trigger a password reset via text message.


Change Password

1.       Navigate to https://app.servusconnect.com/app

2.       Click "Properties".

3.       Select the desired property from the list.

4.       Once the desired property is selected it will take you directly to the users tab, find the user that you wish to update.

5.       To change their password, click vertical ellipse icon for the user.

6.       Select the "Change User Password" option.

7.       Enter a new password in the box.

8.       Click "Confirm".


Send text for Password change


1.       To send an SMS message to the user so that they can change their password, click vertical ellipse icon for the user.  NOTE: To send SMS message to a user their phone number must be tied to their account.

2.       Click "Send Reset Password Text".

3.       Click "Confirm".
