What is the Service Request reroute feature?

The reroute feature allows a Property Manager to move the primary responsibility of a Service Request from one Service Professional to another, as long as they are connected to the Property that the Service Request was created on. This is useful for several reasons:

  • balance the workload among staff
  • move work to a new Service Professional
  • get jobs done faster or for less money (or both)

The reroute feature is currently available to Property Manager on the web portal and the iOS app as well.


Select the Reroute action
