What is the Service Request reroute feature?
The reroute feature allows a Property Manager to move the primary responsibility of a Service Request from one Service Professional to another, as long as they are connected to the Property that the Service Request was created on. This is useful for several reasons:
- balance the workload among staff
- move work to a new Service Professional
- get jobs done faster or for less money (or both)
The reroute feature is currently available to Property Manager on the web portal and the iOS app as well.
