Adding Internal Comments

There are several areas within NetVendor Maintenance where team members can add internal comments in order to document activities.

Internal Comment Example

Here are some of the locations where this is possible:

  • Service Request Detail page

  • Project (Legacy) Detail page
  • Unit Detail page
  • Inspection Submission Report page
  • Make-Ready Task Detail page

Some items were these can useful:

  • Better illustrate existing issue with additional photos
  • Add written details of the existing issue
  • Suggest whether or not additional costs will be required
  • Document key discussion points
  • Show work-in-progress photos
  • Make course corrections in the request
  • Take photos of the completed work
  • Make lunch plans…
