What steps does a Service Request ticket go through?
Here is the quick walk-through of the workflow, when the Service Request (SR) is initiated by a Property Manager:
The Property Manager can “draft” a SR using minimal data entered and make the actual request to the Service Professional at a later time.
It is important to note, that throughout this entire workflow we encourage both Property Manager and Service Professional to use the internal messaging feature in order to improve the overall success in fulfilling the Service Request.
