Why would a Property Manager “draft” a Service Request?
The ability to draft a Service Request (SR) allows the Property Manager to quickly capture minimal information, thereby saving a partially populated SR.
This can be useful when:
- Waiting for a Service Professional to get registered within NetVendor Maintenance
- Quickly performing a property inspection during inclement weather or while under time pressures
- A phone call comes in on your device and you want to be sure to save your in-process work
The draft SR will be available in your “New” view, so that you can make further edits and submit it to your Service Professional.
