Resetting password
This article goes through the steps to reset your password for NetVendor. This can be done on a desktop using the rest my password link or by using the QR code and a mobile device. Here are the steps for both.
Rest using reset link
1. Navigate to https://app.servusconnect.com/users/sign_in
2. To re-set using your email address simply click on the "Forgot/Reset Your Password" link on the log-in page on your desktop.
3. Type in your email address, and click "Send Instructions"
4. Navigate to your email client, open the "Reset password instructions" email and click "Change my password"
5. Next, type in a new password in the required fields, and click the "Confirm New Password" field to change your password.
QR code and text option
1. If the phone number for your mobile device is registered to your account, then you can use our QR code to re-set your password. On a desktop computer, simply click the Forgot/Re-set password link.
2. Now, using your device camera scan the QR code that is on the screen, and click the link.
3. This will open a text message with Servus in the text box. Click send.
4. You will receive a text message with a link to re-set your password. Click on the link.
5. Enter your new password, confirm by typing it again, and then click Change My Password.
6. You will see a notification on the screen the the reset was successful. You are now logged in to NetVendor Maintenance.
