Tracking Performance with Achievements

Overview

Keeping a pulse on maintenance performance isn’t always straightforward. Teams are balancing speed, quality, and resident satisfaction, often while relying on manual tracking or disconnected systems.

Performance (Achievements) brings this into one place. It gives teams a clearer way to track performance, recognize strong work, and reinforce the behaviors that matter most.

Beta Access

Achievements is currently available as part of our Beta program. This feature introduces a more consistent and structured approach to performance tracking. Instead of relying on spreadsheets or informal processes, teams can use Achievements to create visibility and consistency across the board.

Where to Find Achievements

Achievements is available in two main areas:

  • Manager View:

    Metrics > Performance

    Includes visibility into team performance as well as individual service professional activity

  • Service Professional View:

    My Profile > Account > Performance

    Provides each technician with a personal view of their performance progress and achievements

Why It Matters

Achievements connects performance tracking with day-to-day execution. It gives teams a way to not only see what’s happening, but to use that information in a meaningful way.

For Managers

  • Get a clearer view of how service professionals are performing over time
  • Identify trends in productivity, efficiency, and consistency
  • Support coaching conversations with objective data
  • Reinforce existing incentive or reward programs with more reliable tracking

For Service Professionals

For teams that already have performance-based reward systems in place, this can help simplify tracking and improve consistency without adding more manual work.

How It Works

This feature tracks specific actions and outcomes tied to service requests. These are translated into measurable milestones called Achievements.

Achievements are awarded based on defined criteria and tracked across set timeframes. They are awarded within the following calendar-based periods:

  • Daily - as achieved each day
  • Weekly - awarded each Friday by 6 PM local time
  • Monthly - awarded the last workday of the month by 6 PM local time
  • Quarterly - awarded the last workday of the quarter by 6 PM local time

This allows teams to recognize both short-term wins and longer-term performance trends.

Achievement Categories

Achievements are designed to capture different aspects of performance. While each achievement has its own criteria, they generally fall into a few key areas:

  • Productivity & Output: Focuses on volume of completed work
  • Speed & Efficiency: Measures how quickly work is completed
  • Quality & Outcomes: Reflects the quality of work delivered
  • Consistency & Reliability: Highlights sustained performance over time

Only achievements related to service request assignment and completion are available and included in this Beta release. Additional achievements across the NetVendor Maintenance experience will continue to be introduced as the feature evolves.
